Return and refund Policy

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards and no signs of use, otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (at our discretion). 

We do not return any clearance items or purchased through any of our promotions, neither special orders/non-stock. No exchange or refund for all types of flutes nor whistles.

All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping and handling costs unless the return is a result of an error of our part or we have determined that the product you received is defective. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of us receiving and verifying the returned item, this period could be longer depending on the time taken by your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

In the event that items are not returned as requested above, a repair fee may apply.
